THE BANKSY BUNKER
The days of  racking up £65 in train fare to Weston Super-Mare , camping out before sunrise for a guerrilla graffiti grotto,  and scouring under bridges to snap a shot of a rare piece from a mates Instagram tip off can momentarily be put on hold. Hang Up Gallery have opened a permanent exhibition space dedicated to the infamous artist. The Banksy Bunker will host a wide range of authentic originals, signed and unsigned works that fans can check out at their leisure. Having dealt with Banksy prints for the best part of over a decade and over 500 Banksy pieces sold, there seems like no better folk to do it. Speaking about the Banksy Bunker;  Hang Up director Ben Cotton  said ‘There’s currently nowhere in the capital to view a permanent Banksy collection. So we thought we’d change that. It’s an intimate space packed full of a broad cross-section of his work from the start of his career to the present day – so whether you’re a Banksy aficionado or a seasoned collector it’s certainly worth a look.’
